Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira is a Brazilian actress, born June 26, 1978, in Campinas Sao Paulo. Woman on Top (2000), Sem Fio (2009), and A Indomada (1997) are some of her most notable films. Ana Paula Oliveira became a part of the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime (GI-TOC) in March 2020. She currently manages the Assassination Witness Project, and is an essential part of the multilateral engagement of GI-TOC. Her studies at the GI-TOC is focused on disappearances, assassinations and other forms of violence, particularly in the context of illicit markets. Her main research areas are the impact of criminal organizations on human rights and humanitarian legal and political. Ana Paula holds an LL.M cum laude in International Law by the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva. She holds obtained an LL.M. qualification on Public Law as well an MBA from Fundacao Getulio Vargas, Rio de Janeiro. Ana Paula is a graduate of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro with an MAGNACUM LOVE degree at the level of Legal as well as Social Sciences. After four years of working period at an international law firm, she's qualified as a lawyer. The past experience she has had also involved helping in roles with non-governmental organisations with their headquarters within Rio de Janeiro and Geneva.
